Best Pancakes EVER

Fluffy with just the right amount of crisp to make each mouthful a beautiful experience. These fast and simple to make pancake will be a household staple in no time!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla

almond milk

1 egg

1/4 cup coconut oil for the pan.

Add all ingredients sans the coconut oil into a large mixing bowl. Blend all ingredients together using a stirring spoon. Heat up your frying pan or skillet on low heat.

Add about 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the frying pan. Add about a half cup, or a little more or little less depending on what you prefer for size, of the batter to the frying pan. Wait about 1 to 2 minutes and then flip the pancake. Allow 1 to 2 minutes and then take off from heat and place on a plate. Repeat this process until all the batter gone

Enjoy with any topping, my staple is always Vermont maple syrup.
