Day 2 & 3

Have you ever tried yoga on horseback? This pilot class was just what the doctor ordered!

Day 2 was a bundle of nerves approaching the first class I would be teaching at hot to trot stables, yoga on horseback. Talk about an incredible learning experience with wonderful students and amazing volunteer helpers. It was truly the highlight of my week.

Healthy habits for day three included continuing to do my 100 sit up challenge with my three minute wall sit. Trust me when I say that all of this is definitely adding up I am seeing a big difference in my thighs already! I actually end up doing more than 100 sit ups, 110 on day two and 115 on day three.
